Consultation ($100 non-refundable fee)
Every order begins with a mandatory scheduled consultation, either in person or virtually
(OUT OF STATE CLIENTS ONLY-will require a measuring tape).
Consultation fee is applied towards your total.
Consultation session includes:

Design Sketching: A custom hand or digital sketch created to capture your vision.

Initial Fitting: Precise measurements, posture assessment, and movement analysis.

Fabric Selection: Curated swatches from fabric suppliers.
(Client-provided fabrics will not be accepted)
We do NOT create replicas of other designers’ work; however, inspiration images are welcome to guide the creative process.

Fittings

A minimum of two fittings is required: initial (during consultation) and final.

Complex designs may require additional fittings.

Missed fittings may delay delivery.​
​ (Only client and parent/ guardian will be allowed during fitting sessions.)
Deposit & Payment Terms

A non-refundable 50% deposit secures your materials and reserves production time.

The remaining balance is due at the final fitting, prior to delivery or pick up.

Accepted payments: Cash and Zelle.

*Production begins only after the consultation fee and deposits are submitted and the design agreement form is signed.

Orders are final after design and fabric approval.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Standard production: 6–12 weeks from design approval.

Rush orders (less than 6 weeks) are subject to availability and a 25–40% surcharge.

If cancelled, all purchased materials remain the property of Nuovi By Najah.
We maintain a standard of mutual respect and clear communication throughout the process.
We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with brand values or technical feasibility.
